Any suggestions on how or where to start my search for a LMS developers?

I've been looking for an LMS platform at the same time. I do brief (2–3 day) in-house courses on topics like internet marketing, SEO(get in touch with best seo service provided site), etc., using the standard presenter format of a whiteboard, group discussions, and case studies on PowerPoint that I distribute to the trainees after the course.

I tried using Moodle - but it's a hassle to customize. Now, I am giving Elgg a trial - but it's more focused on community learning, which takes control away from the trainer.

I'm a small business, dealing with mostly other small local businesses (for now), so I'll look for the open-source platforms ahead of licensed.
