I would suggest Forex Peace Army. It’s one of the oldest public forums where several scammed traders report the broker and what went wrong.
It’s also a high traffic forum, so scamming brokers also look at it and sometimes brokers (less scamming brokers) try to mediate with clients via the forum, as it is really bad publicity to be named and shamed on this forum. Hope it helps…
