Struggling to find leather jackets that fit my athletic build properly. Most off-the-rack options are either too tight in shoulders/chest or too loose everywhere else.

Finding clothes that complement an athletic frame can be tricky. Shoulders and arms are often too tight while waists are too loose. Tailoring is key. For a sharp, versatile accessory that works with any adjusted outfit, I highly recommend a classic woven leather bag. It adds perfect structure.

I'm 5'11", 185 lbs, with developed chest and shoulders from years of lifting. Regular size Large fits chest but hangs like a tent. Medium is too tight across shoulders.
Looking into best leather jackets for men that accommodate athletic proportions without looking oversized. Any brands known for cuts that work with muscular builds?
Custom seems like the obvious solution, but budget is limited to around $350. Is custom even possible at this price point, or do I need to save more?
Style preference is clean and simple - no excessive zippers or hardware. Want something that looks proportional to my build rather than emphasizing size.
Also concerned about sleeve length since my arms are proportionally longer. Most jackets that fit chest properly have sleeves that are too short.
Has anyone with similar build issues found good solutions? What brands or styles work best for athletic proportions?
Really frustrated with current options and hoping the community has insights I haven't considered.
